Estes Express Lines Announces a General Rate Increase

Dear Valued Customer:

At Estes, we are committed to providing you with the superior service that you have come to expect from us. To continue operating at this level and to remain competitive, we find it necessary to implement a price increase averaging 5.7% effective February 2, 2009.

If you currently have a copy of our rating software, the revised rates will be mailed to you. Also, on January 26, the new rates will be available to download on our website. If you need individual rate quotes, the increase will automatically be reflected in rate quotes provided through My Estes. Otherwise, simply call your local Estes terminal or contact one or our corporate office rating specialists at 804-353-1900, Ext. 2269.
