Redesigned website makes choosing the best Estes shipping option a snap for customers.

RICHMOND, Va.—Premier freight transportation provider Estes has launched its redesigned website www.estes-express.com. The website highlights Estes’ five core services and allows customers to easily and quickly choose the Estes shipping solution that best meets their needs. Estes’ range of shipping options include: LTL, Time Critical, Volume & Truckload, Global and Custom Solutions.

The redesign was approached from the customer perspective by first analyzing how customers use the website and then making enhancements based on the data. As a result, the website streamlines the site architecture to provide easy access to relevant, customer-focused information about their shipping options. The content is updated and the navigation has been revamped to provide key information quickly.

The site’s search feature has also been enhanced to deliver more accurate results based off of keywords and page content. An updated Tools menu provides customers with one place to access all of the robust applications that Estes offers such as Rates, Pickups, Tracking, Points Inquiry and Invoicing. In addition, both a new Resources section and the FAQ section are part of the top navigation to help customers easily find all of the information they need to get their shipments moving. To save customers even more time, quick links are located throughout the site to give them access to the top five most-used applications with a single click.

“Estes’ redesigned website is another way we are utilizing technology to continually deliver excellent customer service and improve the customer experience,” said Estes Executive Vice President and COO Billy Hupp. “From getting it there overnight to getting it around the world, Estes offers a complete range of shipping options.”
