RICHMOND, VA—Chicago-based home improvement company True Value Company has named Estes Express Lines as its 2018 LTL Carrier of the Year. According to Jay Boughner, True Value’s manager of domestic transportation, Estes was selected in part because it grew its network footprint by tailoring a transportation solution that fit True Value’s needs despite market pressures. Estes’ service, flexibility, and responsiveness were also determining factors.
