Q: I’ve forgotten my username and/or password for My Estes. What should I do?

A: My Estes gives you the option of viewing customer-specific information on a secure or standard (unsecured) platform:

When you choose the secure option, the personal account data traveling between Estes’ servers and your computer is encrypted so that unauthorized individuals can’t read it. As a result, web pages may take longer to download on a secure platform.

Some users prefer to log in using the standard unsecure mode since it has a more rapid response time. Also, some browsers may not support a secure connection; so you may not be able to use a secure log in unless you’ve upgraded to the latest version of your chosen Internet browser.

Q: Who can view freight charges on My Estes?

A: If you’re logged in to My Estes, you can view freight charges if your account meets one of the following criteria:

  • The account number you used to sign up for My Estes is the payor of the freight charges.
  • The account number you used to sign up for My Estes is the national account of the payor of the freight charges.
  • The account number you used to sign up for My Estes is the group account of the payor of the freight charges.
